- modern approach using a voluntary cooperation which creates a sense of
responsibility among the stakeholders
This can be used with a principal and his teachers through establishing
core goals or direction and working individually as leaders to achieve
wanted outcomes.
Benefits of the shared leadership will be
   - to have a plethora of ideas and point of views which should result in
   better decision making,
   - subordinates would have a sense of belonging which will create
   intrinsic motivation and personal responsibility,
   - that allowing subordinates to participate in leading will build a
   better understanding of what leadership is and how it works
Detriments of the shared leadership will be
   - slower decision times due to the amount of people involved
   - bad decision are made if incompetent  subordinates are involved
