Subject: Volunteer Recruitment
The Exercise Physiology Laboratory is currently looking for healthy,
non-smoking, males
with average fitness and average body composition between 20-34 years of age
to
participate in an exercise investigation. Volunteers will gain valuable
health information
about their own body including; blood lipid profile (triglycerides, good and
bad
cholesterol), body composition (BOD POD), aerobic fitness test (VO2max),
dietary analysis
and for those interested, more experience in the exercise physiology
laboratory. What I
need from my volunteers includes; 1 maximal treadmill test (VO2max), 1 hr of
light-
moderate walking, 3-Day diet log and ALL participants MUST be comfortable
with 5 separate
BLOOD DRAWS. If you are interested in learning more about your own body and
how exercise
