[State_authorization_update] Kentucky OTG application

Good morning everyone:

I am in the process of working on an application for Kentucky, this application would be for  CLINICAL/ INTERNSHIP/FIELD EXPERIENCES. This would be for those students who just complete all field experiences in KY and do the rest of their education face-to-face outside of Kentucky on a campus where the institution is located in another state.  This is not for ONLINE/distance education students.

With the application there will be a $5,000 base fee plus offering fees ($200 per internship/ clinical/ practicum course).  Please note that if this particular application is approved, it will not be for the entire University;  the only courses that will be authorized in this state will be those that are listed on the application, invoiced and paid for.

If you are interested in this opportunity please contact me by April 17, 2015.  I must stress to all interested parties that there will be program/course specific information that will be required with this application;   I will need your cooperation in order to get this information/paper work returned to me by the requested dates or earlier in order to get this application approved in a timely manner. Also, the application will not be reviewed until the invoice from KY is paid and this process could take up to 6 months for approval.

There is not currently a financial plan set in place for this particular process, but once we receive all the requests for interested schools/departments, I will get back to those individuals with the next steps.
