[Phipsi-l] FOR CURRENT AND FORMER OFFICERS

Homies,

We are planning on getting binders for officers so that they can have all
the required items for the position in one place, and be able to pass it
down to the next officer. However, I know that some officers already have
binders myself included. Please let me know which officer does or does not
have a binder.
