[OUWC] Monday workout

Good evening everyone!


I hope you all had a great break and are rested up and ready to come back and tackle these last two weeks!


Tomorrow is a lifting day for practice, since we only had one day to lift last week we're finishing out last weeks lifts. This is what we're doing tomorrow for lifting and here are the videos for each. We'll also be doing an ab circuit tomorrow when we're done with lifting.
