Tip #1: Keep your mind in the Boat; focus on what you are doing at all times.
Tip #2: Ultimately it is YOUR responsibility to make the boat go fast!
Tip #3: Put the oar(s) in the water and lever yourself past that point.
Tip #4: It's not the chariot, it's the horses...
Tip #6: Practice, practice, practice, Row more Kilometers!
Tip #7: The secret to getting faster: ROW and RACE 500m pieces at 110% of race pace for time!
Tip #8: Pause Drill - Pause ½ way up the recovery at the perpendicular.
Tip #9: Recovery: Fast Hands + Slow Slide = Good Ratio
