IV.     Megan -->Injuries & misc.

a.           CP maid 2,000 $$

b.           If u have any type of injury (previous or new)…U NEED TO TELL COACH so she can help you so you don’t injure yourself further

c.            Winter practice is at 6:30 AM in the morning so you need to get there early =)

                                     i.    Will erg and also mix it up so it’s not so strenuous

d.           Meetings

                                     i.    Gen. mtgs are going to be ev. Other week
