Seeing as I only had 12 responces I will assume that some of you didn't get my email and we will add you to a group, or you got the email and are refusing to work/ignoring it.  The worse part about missing the email is that you also probably didn't do the workout, which is unacceptable. Don't respond to this email. We will sort it out in the AM.
