Nick,
I already sent you my time for the cross fit workout.. I don't think it was a hard workout but it was intense because you had to go from one thing to the next so fast since it was being timed. I did like the workout though and I'd like to do something like that in the future because I think that kind of thing really helps me..

Hello All,

Good luck on finals everyone.

Wednesday workout is 30 minutes of hard cardio (heart rate between 145-160).

When you send me your time for the cross fit workout please include your thoughts on the workout. (Too hard/esy, etc) Also tell me if would you like to do something like it in the future.
