[Ouwcrew-l] THINGS YOU WANT TO KNOW

Try and do some erging this week if you are doing the workouts on your own. 
Yes rowing alone is crappy but you fall out of rowing shape very quickly. 
So I would say try and row at least 2-3 times. the good news is if you are 
rowing the work out can be 30 min.
