Ladies,

I am so proud of all of you! WE had 15 of the 22 girls get a new PR. 
Attached is the results from the quarter. On the second sheet is the break 
down of the averages for you to take a look at.  Race can be won and lost 
in that third 500 so it is important that we train to make our move there. 
As a whole we are in a good position to do just that, but that is where the 
majority of our training will concentrate.  Keep up the hard work!
