Hello Lovely Ladies!!

Welcome to the Crew Life! :) I hope you all have a blast at Bob and kick some booty in dodge-ball
against those crazy high schoolers... watch out they're ruthless!

Okay, so, here is the Camp Bob Survival Check List:

The Obvious:
*Bottoms: shorts (that will get grease stains), spandex, sweats (chilly evenings and mornings),etc.
*Tops: t-shirts, tank tops, sweatshirts, etc. *possibly rain repellant gear if desired.
*Undergarments: SOCKS!!!! lots of them!! and well, i think you know the rest.
*Bedding: twin sized sheets, sleeping bag, blanket, pillow and your favorite teddy
     *Bath: shampoo/conditioner, towels (i recommend 2), toothbrush/toothpaste, brush, etc.
*Footsies: crocks are great, flip flops for shower shoes, tennis shoes for running! i recommend sweet
cars crocks from wal-mart ;)

I know we are all beautiful ladies who like to feel pretty... but this is camp. You will only need one
cute/going out outfit for when you go to Charleston! :) So bring something fun for that day. And yes
there is electricity to use hairdryers/straighteners for that day!

Other Vitals:
*Band Aids (water resistant), Neosporin, Hydrogen peroxide, needles and matches (blisters) and as
Nick stated, no medical tape because of the residue so get the stuff they use when they give blood
called tender tape or prewrap
*Ibuprofen, Tylenol, etc. any other meds you need. Benadryl!!
*Sunscreen! you will get plenty of sun don't worry, use the sunscreen! and Aloe.
     *Bathing Suit
     *Tampons... it is inevitable lol
     *WATER BOTTLE!!!!
*Things for the 9 hour ride down, music jams, homework, etc.
*Nutri-Grain bars and snacks that you like that comes in it own individual package... ant prevention!
*Trash Bags: to wrap up your stuff for the trailer, to take care of trash (don't make a mess of the
vans and rooms), for wet and dirty clothing, etc.
     *Sunglasses, Hat or Visor
*Camera if desired to capture fun in the sun!

*Alarm Clock? you all are bunk-buddies so make sure you're up on time. use your cell phones if you
want, just make sure you're movin!

$$$: its totally up to you what you spend this trip. But plan to pay for meals to South Carolina and
coming home as well as the day in Charleston! food, souvenirs, etc. ($50-100 recommended by some)

Alrighty, well thats all I really have to say about that. You should all get cell phone coverage down
there. If any of your parents want to know exactly where you're going to be, you will be at 8001 M.W.
Rickenbaker Rd. Summerton, South Carolina 29148 and a contact number is (803) 478-2105. Also,
your duffle bag and sleeping stuff will be on the trailer so I suggest keeping your pillow and a blanket
for the night at the houses the night before you leave as well as a small bag/backpack with a night's
worth of necessities-personal hygiene things, PJ's/clothes, etc.

Feel free to e-mail me back or call me with any comments, questions or concerns!

Good Luck on finals girls and have a WONDERFUL time over spring break!!

Sam
