*Weimer’s causality attribution theory:* is concerned with how individuals
interpret events and how this relates to their thinking and behavior.
§ *Do you have more of an internal or an external locus of control?*
-Either you have the personal ability to do it by the effort and
intellectually (Internal)
-Luck and task difficulty are the (external) determinates
§ *In what manner does your locus of control influence your behavior?*
-Situational at times. If can affect your motivation or outlook of a
situation. If you internalize it too much, you could feel overwhelmed and
pressured. Then it affects your ability to perform.
§ *What aspects of your locus of control will you need to consider as an
administrator?*
*-*You need to have balance. Look at own influences vs. the things you
can’t control.
