We are diligently working with the hotel/conference center and staying updated
on CDC guidelines, to provide some peace of mind while attending the
conference. The following are a few precautionary steps we are taking to
keep our community safe and our members healthy. We appreciate your
cooperation and collaborative spirit.

   - All participants will be required to wear masks while in the
   conference center unless actively eating/drinking or presenting. A mask
   will be provided during check-in.
   - We highly recommend you be vaccinated in order to attend the
   conference.
   - Hand sanitizers in the meeting rooms and reconfigured gathering spaces
   - Stay home if you are not feeling well or have been in contact with
   anyone testing positive for COVID prior to the conference.
