We hope you all had a wonderful and relaxing summer! Hopefully you have had extra time to spend with family, read a good book, hike a trail, and soak in the sunshine. We are looking forward - with great anticipation - to the MWERA Conference, October 13 -15th at the beautiful Graduate Hotel in Cincinnati, Ohio! Preparations have continued with our program committee, the executive board, and conference center staff working hard behind-the-scenes during the spring and summer months. Be assured that we are planning to make the MWERA 2021 conference a gathering that is as safe and fun as possible. As we continue to work with the hotel/conference center and stay updated on CDC guidelines, we wanted to provide some peace of mind by sharing the following:

  *   All participants will be required to wear masks while in the conference center unless actively eating/drinking or presenting. A mask will be provided during check-in.
  *   We highly recommend you be vaccinated in order to attend the conference.
  *   Stay home if you are not feeling well or have been in contact with anyone testing positive for COVID prior to the conference.
These are precautionary steps to keep our community safe and our members healthy. We appreciate your cooperation and collaborative spirit.
