After meeting with the hotel staff, we can assure you that we are making the annual gathering as safe as any workplace. Not only we will be wearing our masks indoors,  but there will be outdoor gathering spaces, safe food options (individually wrapped foods and/or served by a gloved/masked attendant), cleaners in every room, and social distancing.
