1. Public Transit Maintenance & Safety Training Specialist

Gainesville, Florida
The City of Gainesville's Regional Transit System is seeking a Public
Transit Maintenance & Safety Training Specialist to develop, implement and
conduct technical training and safety programs for personnel engaged in
public transit vehicle maintenance. Preference will be given to candidates
experienced in procedures for scheduled and unscheduled maintenance task.
  Job Type: Full-Time Regular Salary:  $44,174 - $64,053 Annually

2. Instructional Designer

Washington, District of Columbia

The Instructional Designer will:

Work with the client to analyze and document training needs
Write behavioral and cognitive objectives
Work with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to research and write content
Design instructor-led training
Create detailed storyboards for production

Required Education & Skills:

Bachelor's Degree in Instructional Technology or a related field
Multiple years experience designing/developing instructional materials


3. Instructional System Designer

Tyson's Corner, Virginia
ISD will work on federal government projects and be required to design and
develop paper-based and computer-based formats, using Instructional Systems
Development (ISO) model, develop instructionally valid training, testing,
and post-training evaluation materials by analyzing and interpreting user
requirements, technical specifications, application features, and functions
to translate them into appropriate training formats, possess the ability to
use a formal structured approach to design and develop training materials
in various formats.

4. Assistant Skills Development, Sales & Marketing Director

DEERFIELD, IL
Purpose & Scope:   To design, plan and implement an innovative, result
oriented and category leading curriculum that leads to classroom,
e-learning and experiential learning for National Sales Directors,
Marketing Personnel, Managed Care Staff, Sales Directors, Regional Sales
Managers and Sales Management Development Candidates. This includes the
facilitation of programs, presentation of material, vendor management and
administration of the entire learning process.
