and participate in the creation and/or acquisition of instructional

2. Instructional Design Technologist

Keene, NH
The Instructional Design Technologist will blend business knowledge and
educational expertise to identify and assess performance gaps and the needs
for training interventions for the nation's largest wholesale grocery
distributor. You will design, develop, determine delivery platforms, and
deliver training, development, and communications materials and
methodologies that have impact on employee performance and productivity at
all employee levels throughout the company. Candidate should have: Master's
in Instructional Design, or a related field.

3. Senior DOD Instructional Designer

Wash/Met, Northern Virginia
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Design, develop, and implement online and
hybrid courses and programs. Take a leadership role in identifying
innovative and effective online learning techniques and exploring emerging
technologies. REQUIRED EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS: Previous experience
supporting DOD distance learning programs. A demonstrated computer
competency with course management software, multi-media authoring programs,
HTML, and web development tools.
