RAND COMPARE<http://www.randcompare.org> offers a transparent, evidence-based approach to providing information and tools to help policymakers and others understand, design, and evaluate health policies. It aims to synthesize what is known about the current US health care system, describe policy options that have been proposed to address existing challenges, analyze the effects of different health care options on multiple sections of health system performance, and identify gaps in knowledge about the effects of policy changes. The website is courtesy of RAND Health, a division of the RAND Corporation, a nonprofit research organization.
