[OU Dems] RELAY!!!

Hey Dems!!!

Sooo....IT'S RELAY TIME! I thought I would send this in a separate email from the minutes because there's a lot info, attachments, etc. and I don't want to take over the minutes! So please read this!

Relay is tomorrow (Friday) at 5 p.m. (set-up starts at 4, I'll be there at 4 so feel free to come a little early if you would like!) It goes until Saturday at 11 a.m., I understand if you are unable to stay the whole time, but please come for as long as possible.  It will be at Pruitt Field (by the Convo) and there should be parking nearby.  Our tent will be set up on the grassy area by the field inside the fence, but feel free to call me if you need directions or can't find our tent!

I've attached the schedule and list of stuff to bring that the Relay committee sent out. There will be yoga and zumba classes, Dave Rave will be there, and American Idol and Miss Relay competitions, which will be a lot of fun! Most of all, remember to bring food and money! This is a very long event so you will get hungry and snacks are awesome! Please also donate food if you can with your meal swipes!

Also--if you would like a Relay T-shirt...you HAVE to register for our team online! You can register at http://main.acsevents.org/site/TR/?team_id=1156421&pg=team&fr_id=40183 and click on the option that says "Pay Commitment Fee by Cash or Check" and you won't have to worry about the $10. If you have any issues registering, let me know and I'll help you with it.  We've raised enough money so far to get 14 shirts but I can't get any unless you guys are registered!

I really hope to see everyone there! We have worked very hard as an organization to raise money for this and I appreciate everyone's help so much!  Let me know if you have any questions!
