Dear folks,

I'm subleasing my apartment in Summit for this summer break, a bedroom in a
4-bedroom apartment. I'm a female grad student, tidy and well-organized, so
you will enjoy yourself in a clean, cozy and spatial room. Our apartment has
nearly everything you need, such as dishwasher, dryer, washing machine, oven
, etc. Summit will also provide bus service during the summer break, you can
have my bus pass to take it. There is also gym (with fitness equipments) ,
swimming pool, club house (with  a billiard table) and computer  lab in
summit you can feel free to use.

I'm asking for $400 per month. The room is available from June 15th to
 August 25th. Summit is well-known for the best and newest apartment in
Athens. Please write for me if you are interested for more information. The
time and rent are negotiable.
