Hello everyone,

I'm a male grad student from Stocker looking for 1 responsible roommate to share 
a 2-bedroom apartment at Athens Garden Apartment (near Univ Commons). The lease 
shall start from Sept'11 to Aug'12. Base rent is $750/month, and utility bills 
will be split by half. The apartment is close to school (15min easy walk or 
BOBCAT bus service). Your roommate is neat and easy-going.
