Hi Folks:
   One bedroom in athens garden is available from 9/1/2011 to 8/31/2012. This is 
a three bedroom apartment. Your two other roomates are two nice chinese graduate 
students. The rent is 299 per month. According to statistical utility fee last 
year, the average uitility is $ 38 including gas, electricity, internet, water. 
The total rent is about $338 per month. In addition, it is close to OU bus 
stop--Bobcats. It's a wonderful place.
