OCA Spring Conference 2019 – Graduate Student Track – Call for Poster Proposals
Conference: March 20 & 21, 2019 – Proposal Deadline: February 15, 2019

Please join us for the inaugural Graduate Student Track of the Ohio Counseling Association (OCA) Spring Conference on March 20 & 21, 2019 at Embassy Suites Hotel in Dublin, OH.

We are calling on masters- and doctoral-level counseling students to 1.) plan to attend! and 2.) submit poster proposals for the Graduate Student Poster Sessions to be held on Wed., March 20, 2019 from 5:00-6:30pm. (See poster presentation guidelines & proposal submission form template attached to this email!)

All poster presentations should be submitted via Qualtrics to the following link:  https://ysucspel.az1.qualtrics.com/jfe/form/SV_bwn3LN6O2miI9h3 no later than February 15th at 5pm.

All attendees and poster presenters must register to attend the OCA Spring Conference.  Registration for the full conference for OCA Student members is $110 and includes attendance at all events on Wednesday and the Grad Student Track on Thursday.  A full buffet lunch will be provided on both days as part of the registration fee, and the Wednesday evening reception and poster presentation will also have food and drinks!  You can also register to attend just one day of the OCA Spring Conference for $75.

You must be a Student Member of OCA in order to qualify for the reduced registration fee.
