Today I updated a web page intended to make it easier for therapists, counselors, coaches, researchers, and others to keep abreast of the evolving research.

The page provides an annotated list of 128 recent (i.e., published in 2011 or 2012) meta-analyses of psychological interventions.

These meta-analyses focus on diverse interventions including CBT, psychodynamic therapy, culturally-adapted therapy, mindfulness-based therapy, cognitive remediation, family therapy, group treatment, short-term therapy, self-guided treatment, telephone-based therapy, school-based interventions, psychosocial interventions, neuropsychological rehabilitation, self-talk, peer-support interventions, and diversion programs.

The list includes the citation and an excerpt that summarizes the results of each meta-analysis.
