The National Conference on Girl Bullying is returning to Las Vegas!  Program proposals are now being accepted for this popular conference, which focuses on the social and cultural factors that make bullying and cyberbullying unique to females.

Now in its seventh year, this unique gathering will help counselors, principals, teachers, social workers and other professionals to understand the latest research and field-tested strategies designed to prevent and address relational aggression among girls.  It will offer a unique opportunity to network with other professionals on eliminating bullying and preventing its disastrous consequences.  Attendees will also receive complimentary access to sessions at the National Conference on School Discipline, which will be co-located at the Las Vegas Hotel & Casino (formerly the Las Vegas Hilton) and runs concurrently.

SUBMIT A PROPOSAL

The earlier you submit your proposal, the better chance of it being accepted.  Please fill out and submit the online form<http://links.youthlightbooks.mkt4182.com/ctt?kn=6&ms=NDk0Mzk5MgS2&r=MjMzNzQ3MDY0NDQS1&b=0&j=NTU3MTI5MzES1&mt=1&rt=0>, or mail 3 copies of your proposal to Developmental Resources, PO Box 615, Chapin, SC 29036 for consideration.

The deadline for program proposals is January 11, 2013.

Breakout sessions will be held during the late morning and afternoons of June 30-July 2, 2013.  If you plan to present, please make sure you are available each day.  Each session will be approximately 60 minutes long.  A podium microphone, projector and projection screen will be provided.  Other AV needs will be the responsibility of the presenter.

Accepted presenters and co-presenters need to register for the conference.  Each presenter is expected to provide his/her own copies of handouts for participants.  Presenters will be notified of an estimate of participants for their session.
