N. C. A. C. E. S. 

North Central Association for Counselor Education and Supervision 

October 14 - 16, 2010, Westin Hotel, Itasca, IL

"Revisioning Research & Supervision in Counselor Education"

 

Active student members of NCACES are encouraged to apply to be a Student
Volunteer at the Regional NCACES 2010 Conference in Itasca, IL.  The
position of Student volunteer entails:  (a) assisting with registration, (b)
distributing any signs for conference information and messages, (c)
gathering event tickets at entrances, and (d) other duties deemed necessary
to the functioning of the conference.  In exchange for your participation as
a Student Volunteer, you will receive $25 off on conference registration.
Each applicant will need to electronically submit this application form
along with a 1-page essay addressing how your professional development and
leadership might be enhanced through conference attendance and involvement
in professional organizations such as NCACES. The application deadline to
serve as a student volunteer is August 20th, 2010.

 

Typing your initials below is an indication that (a) you are an active
student member of NCACES and (b) you understand that you will need to be
present for the entire conference. [NOTE: Please wait to pay your
registration fee until after you find out if you have been accepted to serve
as a student volunteer. If you have already paid the registration fee and
are selected as a volunteer, you will be entitled to a refund based on the
timeframe your registration fee was received.]
