Could you type up those instructions so everyone can benefit.  I would like to be able to do the same thing if I need to for spring.

Also,  I have a class I need to add manually because it never loaded.  Can someone help with that?  I've never done a manual load before.

Hi.  I was out of the office so you may already have your answer.  I have several classes that have graduate students enrolled in an undergraduate course.  What I do is add the graduate students manually into the undergraduate class.  You can still do this if the undergraduate class has already been deployed.  I would be more than happy to walk you through what I do if you wish.

Dear Classclimate users,

The students in one of our grad classes did not receive the emails to evaluate their class and it wasn't in their spam folder.  I looked in Classclimate and discovered that surveys for this class were not generated and were not deployed.  This class is combined with an undergrad section, and the grad section has only 2 grad students in it.  Is that why it wasn't included in the fall semester course evaluations?  Can I do anything about it now?
