[Classclimate-users] Small classes

I am adding our low registration classes into the system.
We have about 30 classes with registration between two and four.  I have gotten to the 'Scheduled Tasks' page but the emails are not showing up.
Does anyone else have this problem (and have a solution)?  It is pretty convoluted to get the student emails for 30 classes.
