[Classclimate-users] Course ID shows up in parenthesis

Hi all-

For some reason, some of my courses names have the course ID listed in parenthesis after them. I checked my surveys from last spring and they weren't like that. Any idea how to correct this? Again, not all of the courses are listed that way and I see no pattern (shows up hit or miss for labs and lectures). I prefer not to have the stuff in parenthesis because the email will pull those fields from the system and the course ID will be repeated in the email.

Thoughts??
