We have been able to verify that the Peoplesoft extract process that we used to load the ClassClimate data base contained a bug which caused us to load students into courses even though they had withdrawn from those courses.  The evaluations that you generate for Fall 13-14 will includewithdrawals.  In order to eliminate those students from your evaluation pool you can manually remove evaluations that were generated for students who do not appear on your class list.

OIT apologizes that we were not able to eliminate those students from the data this semester, but we will modify the process before evaluations are generated next semester.  Thanks to those of you who helped us identify the bug by providing us with data to use for troubleshooting.  With your assistance we have been able to cleanse the data just a little bit more each semester!
