[Classclimate-users] how long are pswd open

I am testing the online surveys using one faculty member.  His undergraduate class went fine-when I started to send his graduate level, there were no e-mails there even though I had four PSWD's.  Can anyone tell me what I did wrong?

I have been searching the manuals on Class Climate for information about, how long pswds are active and when is the reminder sent to students who have not completed and evaluation.
We are going ahead with online evaluations, the instructors will conduct the evaluations as if they were paper and use class time.  I have a request for on Monday November 27 evaluation time and I am trying to decide when to send the pswds.
