[Classclimate-users] generate online

When I am in the generate surveys stage, after I have chosen the
Subunit
Survey Period
Course Type
Questionnaire
Course(s)
The next box, for Paper or Online survey, I am not able to choose Online Survey.  I can choose Paper Survey, but nothing clicks in the Online section.
Any suggestions
