[Classclimate-users] FW: Class Climate questions

Hello Kim and Jay,

While making our powerpoint presentation to assist in teaching collegues Class Climate, I've noticed that the courses/instructor information listed for survey period 2131 differs a bit from what we have loaded in the past.  In particular, the Course-ID of 47102127 (below) was the unique identifier between the course/instructor and the participants.  The screen shot below shows these differences:

Since Class Climate is reliant upon matching the course/instructor to the participant data, will these differences matter? I'm worried that there will be problems once we deploy the questionnaire, that the participant data will not be received. I'm also concerned that the Course Name is only COMS, not COMS 342 01 because of report creation.

Also, when I switch my roll from Subunit Administrator to Report Creator, I cannot pull reports as there are no subunits listed for me... but Summer II 2012 had data/closed surveys so we should be able to pull reports.
