[Classclimate-users] Period fix

Users of Class Climate,

Working with the vendor I was able to get a patch that allows the evaluation period to be imported from the XML file with all the University's courses in it.  I reloaded the information, so now all Fall 2012 semester courses should have 2131 in the evaluation period.  I am still working with the vendor on a fix for the missing email address issue.
