[Classclimate-users] Class Climate

Hello,
I am working my way through the training manuals in order to use Class Climate to generate paper surveys at the end of this semester.
I am hung up on a couple of items;
I am not listed as a sub-unit and I am unable to 'choose' my area from the subunit Overview, I have not had much luck finding help for this problem, can anyone suggest who I should speak to?
Where do the csv class and instructor files come from?

I have my survey in the system and I am quite sure I could move ahead on my own if I had those two pieces of the puzzle!
