[Classclimate-users] A followup on Class Climate load

yep, working on it.  We tag them in the lecture key, now how do I use that in a meaningful way.

I remember now, you did a summer load. So that summer course of ours is showing up in the same list as the fall courses, all labeled "continuous." Problem is, there's no easy way for us users to ID which courses are for which periods. So I think we need them tagged to the correct period when they come in, to avoid confusion.

I just found a good reason why it would help a lot if your data loads could ID the semester with the course. The course below is appearing on our Class Climate course list and was taught during summer quarter. I don't know if your recent data load pulled this one in or if I somehow loaded it over the summer (doubtful), but it would have been embarrassing to try to evaluate this summer course during fall.

Jay,
While I have to admit that I don't know exactly what to check for after your Class Climate data load, I did click on the Display Courses button in the lefthand menu of the Subunits tab and noticed that in the "period" column, the current semester's courses appear to be labeled "continuous" rather than "Fall 2012."

Is there a way to ID those as Fall 2012 when you load the data? Or maybe there is a good reason why they're labeled "continuous" - one that I'm not aware of.
