[Biking-L] Important Meeting Tonight

Club,

We just finished up a race and it was some real hard-workin' fun. We still got a few weekends of ride time this year, so let's get some plans for more.

We need a few important things to happen tonight. Don't worry, none of these are very difficult, and not accomplishing these will result in our initial suspension.

1. We need a fundrasing chair. I want this finished by tonight.

2. We need to ensure we meet the community service requirement of an average 5 hours per person per year.

We can do this a few ways. First, we can reduce our roster. (Right now we have 21 people down. Most of these 21 don't come to meetings, let alone volunteer. I have a plan for eliminating 9 people.) Second, we need some more volunteer events very soon. I want plans for both to be finished by tonight.

3. We need to re-register with Student Organizations. I want this finished at the meeting.

Let's get our stuff finished up right and keep ridin'. Seeya tonight!
