[Aphio-L] CHARITY BALL IS TONIGHT

Happy Charity Ball,


So the day has finally arrived and we hope that you guys are as excited as
we are for tonight!  Here's just a few reminders for all of you.

1) The event is in Baker Ballroom and starts at 7:00pm.  YOU DO NOT HAVE TO
STAY THE WHOLE TIME but you do have to stay for AT LEAST ONE HOUR!  We
would appreciate if you could stay as long as possible but we understand
that you have other things going on in your life.

2) There is no set dress code.  We would like to see people dressed up
because this is a formal event and we don't get to do these types of events
often but please don't show up in sweats.  Think Initiation attire!

3) We have some fun baskets that we will be raffling off so feel free to
bring some money.  Tickets are $1 each and if you buy 10 tickets it will
count as a Charity Chair hour.

4) We put a few events on the website for tonight so if you still need an
outside hour from us check those out!

5) Please keep in mind that we are representing APhiO at this event so
please do not violate risk management.

7) Peter Bell from Bell Tree Productions will be our DJ tonight and he is
accepting any and all song request so if you want to hear a particular song
tweet him @BellTreePro before the event starts! He will not be able to take
requests during the event so if you want a specific song played, now's your
chance!

6) Lastly, pledges bring your binders! History Night is tomorrow and we
can't stress enough how awesome of an opportunity this is to get any last
minute signatures.

Sorry for the long email but we are really excited for tonight and can't
wait to celebrate all the hard work our chapter has done this semester!
