[Aphio-L] Sign Ins + Outside Hours Due Today/Weather Cancellations

Hello Everyone,


First of all, good luck to you all on your exams this week!

As we have mentioned before, today is the final day to turn in sign ins for
service events unless the event is during finals week itself. If the event
in question was held within the last few days, we will be flexible (just
get it to us by Wednesday). If however the event was before December 4th or
if you are looking to get outside hours, the deadline is today- *no
exceptions*.

Please take a few minutes to review your total service hours today and
check that your hours are correct and that you will meet the minimum
requirements (14 hours). If you have any questions about this, please email
us.

We accept electronic or paper sign ins, and if you need to turn in a
written copy of a sign in feel free to text me (Robert) to arrange a time
to drop it off. Make sure the sign in is as complete as possible so we
don't have to put people down as missing events when they didn't.

And finally, if you attended an event this weekend that was cancelled due
to the weather conditions you will still receive hours for it. Just turn in
a sign in as usual.
