[Aphio-L] Financial Aid Form

[Ombudsmen]

Hey Bros,

Happy Friday!  At chapter, we mentioned that there's financial aid
available again this quarter.  If you cannot afford to pay dues, please
fill out the attached form in as much detail as possible, and send it back
to us by *this* Tuesday at 8pm.  Even if you've qualified for financial aid
in past quarters, you have to fill out the application again to receive
aid.  And of course, the whole process is kept anonymous.  Please let us
know if you have any questions!
