[Aphio-L] Graduation Seniors

[Alpha Phi Omega - Delta Gamma Historian]

You can disregard if you're not a graduation senior but if you are read on
please:

If you are a graduating senior please please please respond to this email
as soon as possible!! This is the only way we'll know if you're graduating
so we can have your cords/yearbooks/dvds etc.  Also senior send off is May
16th at 7pm, please RSVP as soon as possible.
For the yearbook please fill out this short survey:
-a baby picture
-a recent picture of yourself
-your major
-birthday
-future plans
-littles/bigs
-favorite aphio memory
-favorite service project
-advice for future bros
-what you'll miss most about athens or aphio
-brother that has most impacted you.


For the alumni database I also need:
-a non Ohio.edu email address
-home address
-phone number

Please email back this information by April 30, I apologize for the late
notice, but due to scheduling conflicts we had to move up our send off.
