[Aphio-L] SECTIONALS PEOPLE READ ME.

[APhiO Delta Gamma Interchapter Relations]

Get pumped because sectionals is this weekend! YAY!  *ALSO, PLEASE READ THIS
WHOLE EMAIL.*

*WE NEED 2 VOTING DELEGATES FOR SECTIONALS. If you're interested, please
email me back! You will get refunded the $35 if you choose to be one. You
will have to attend a meeting during lunch on Saturday (but you get a free
lunch!) and you'll be voting on section chair and other legislation.  You
will also be required to attend section meeting and a joint meeting after
that. You won't have as much time to go to workshops, but it's a great
opportunity, and we reccommend that non-seniors do this so they have the
opportunity to carry this information on! WE MUST HAVE 2, NO EXCEPTIONS.*

Anyways, at execs tonight, we were talking about how it might be beneficial
to have a meeting before we leave for sectionals, just so everyone knows
what's goign on and what to expect and what not.

SO -
everyone is going to meet in morton parking lot at 3:30. We will hope to
leave for Mount Union by 4. Here are the people who are driving: Me, Buddha,
Nate Freeman, Stephanie Bricklebank, Ashley Mullins, Sariya, and Sarah
Clouse.This should cover everyone. IF YOU ARE NOT PLANNING ON DRIVING AND
YOUR NAME IS ON THE EMAIL, YOU HAVE UNTIL 9PM TOMORROW TO EMAIL ME BACK AND
TELL ME YOU'RE NOT DRVING.

Otherwise, if you need a ride, contact one of these people so they can get
you/meet you somewhere to pick you and your stuff up and take you to Morton
because we'll be leaving from there. If you have trouble getting someone to
get you, contact me (330.417.1817) and I will get you and take you to Morton
and we'll figure out who you're riding with from there.

last thing, people driving will not be paying for gas. I figure we'll just
pay by car - people driving will fill up before we leave, give me your
recepits and we'll figure out the difference and you'll be reimbursed. It
will probably take about a tank to get there and back so I'm figuring
everyone will owe between $10-20 for gas, (depending on the stupid gas
prices this weekend) which isn't too bad.
 We'll talk about housing/carpooling/checking in/getting dinner/etc at the
meeting before we leave as well, BUT if you have any questions please
email/text/call/facebook me and I would be more than happy to answer them!
