LAST EMAIL :)
This is just a friendly reminder that the MANDATORY Rec Fest meeting will be TOMORROW (Thursday) @ 6:30. This meeting will take place at Ping in the Meeting rooms. Bring your ID to come so you can get in, and then head down the hall towards the room! The meeting will cover where and what each person will be assigned at the event and well as some minor details. It should not take long. When you come to the meeting there will be a sign in sheet, MAKE SURE YOU SIGN IT! I will then turn this sheet in to the service chairs so you get an hour for the MEETING. For those who have a conflict please email me & I will get in touch with you after the meeting. THANKS AGAIN SO MUCH BROS!
