[State_authorization_update] Maryland online

Good morning all,

This is a short update and there will be more to come soon, but this was important enough to send on its own.

The Maryland Higher Education Commission has approved our application to offer fully online programs to students that reside in their state.
Program Directors have already been informed and the eCampus website has been updated.
