Hello all:

In case you haven't heard the news through the grapevine, Dr. Laura Harrison was hired to fill the open HESA faculty position. Dr. Harrison has been the director of the Women's Center at Stanford University for the past 10 years. She received both her bachelor's and master's degrees from Ohio University. Her PhD is from the University of San Francisco.

Dr. Harrison will arrive at OU in mid-August and will occupy the office Dr. Horton was in last year (in the 105 suite). Dr. Horton has moved to the office vacated by Dr. Young. Please stop by and welcome Dr. Harrison when you get a chance.
