Hello Dr. Conley,

I'm writing to solicit your assistance in finding an outstanding

One important note is that I do not differentiate between employment and
an assistantship when it comes to assessing experience.  Two years of an
assistantship, even if at a .5 FTE, still meets the minimum
qualification for experience.  Frankly, I think the combination of
academic work coupled with a structured experience is superior to
garden-variety experience.
