The retention and graduation of at-risk students has become a priority at
many colleges and universities.  In the *Cultivating the Potential in
At-Risk Students *webinar, incoming NACADA Multicultural Concerns Commission
Chair Blane Harding and NACADA Assistant Director Marsha Miller will:



·         Broaden & clarify understanding of at-risk students

·         Identify general group characteristics

·         Provide strategies whereby advisors can enhance their
effectiveness in helping at-risk students achieve their potential

·         Discuss student responsibilities in this process



Don’t miss this webinar to learn advising strategies that foster student
self-authorship and help students move from the periphery to the center of
campus life.



Presenters Blane Harding and Marsha Miller have both served as faculty
members at the NACADA Summer Institutes, where they have presented the
