[Spa-L] Interview Weekend - Airport Driving and Donating Sheets (HELP!)

Hey, Y'all!

I have 2 more things to call on you for and this should be the last time I
do for Interview Weekend related items.

First of all, as we have done in the past, volunteers have driven to and
from the Port Columbus airport to pick up and drop off interview candidates
for Interview Weekend. I have one definite, and a potential second driver at
the moment. There will be at least 3 trips (a potential 4th) to the airport
Friday and 2 trips to the airport Sunday. Here's the catch: there are no
vans available to us for that weekend, so any drivers will need to use their
own vehicles. However, you will be reimbursed for your gas ($0.55 / mile)
and your garage parking fees. Unfortunately, I cannot give you an advance
for gas, so you'd have to use your own money for that and turn ALL receipts
into me for reimbursement. I need to know no later than *2:00p Wednesday, 24
February* if you are able to do this. Sooner is always better, of course.* *The
times for leaving campus and leaving the airport are listed below:

Friday, 26 February
Trip 1: (leave Athens) 9:30a, (leave airport) 11.45a* - 2 candidates
Trip 2: (leave Athens) 10.30a, (leave airport) 1.30p* - 2 candidates
Trip 3: (leave Athens) 1.30p, (leave airport) 3.30p - 1 candidate
Trip 4: (leave Athens) 3.30p, (leave airport) 5p - 1 candidate
*[I would prefer for Trip 1 and 2 to be combined, but it depends on when the
driver needs to be back on campus.]

Sunday, 28 February
Trip 1: (leave Athens) 5.30a - 1 candidate
Trip 2: (leave Athens) 2.30p - 1 candidate

Secondly, in regards to hosting candidates, I have finalized the schedule
and it turns out that Ron will end up with 5-6 candidates staying in his
fraternity house. Despite the fact that he has the rooms for the candidates,
he does not have the bed linens for them. Is anyone willing to donate a few
sets of sheets for the weekend? We need either full or twin size sheets.
Anything that you can donate, will be much appreciated. Please let me know
ASAP if you can.
