Hello 2nd year CSPers,

For spring graduation, you each need to file a program of study (POS) with
the College of Education Student Affairs Office. To find the form, go to
http://www.coe.ohiou.edu/resources/forms.htm. Scroll down to "Student
Affairs" and download the Counseling/HE program of study. In filling this
out, you should only include the 72 hours that are required (including
electives) for your graduation. If your spring schedule is up in the air, it
is best to wait to file it. But, it should be filed, at the latest, by very
early in the Spring Quarter.

After you complete the form, please make a copy of it, and give the original
POS to your advisor. We will then review the form, sign it, and pass it on
to the Department Chair. You shouldn't have to deal with it again. However,
if you change a course on your POS after turning it in, you will have more
paperwork to do.

Pete
